Airbnb's Supply Team is seeking a Market Associate to drive retention, growth, and optimization of host entrepreneurs in an assigned territory. You will manage a portfolio of long-tail hosts—individuals who manage their own properties or support owners—building strong relationships and helping them succeed on the platform.
In this role, you will conduct one-on-one optimization and onboarding conversations, providing strategic recommendations on pricing, availability, and listing quality. You'll secure availability during high-compression dates to maximize host revenue potential, educate hosts on product updates and policy changes, and channel their feedback to internal teams. You will analyze performance data to identify trends and opportunities that drive increased bookings and host success.
Beyond account management, you'll support Market Managers in delivering one-to-many education programs such as webinars and scaled email communication. Your focus will be on developing long-lasting relationships with hosts, ensuring they receive ongoing, tailored support that helps them deliver authentic, high-quality hosting experiences.
A typical day includes managing your book of business, responding to host inquiries with timely support, analyzing performance metrics, and proactively identifying growth opportunities. You'll work across phone, email, and in-person channels to engage hosts and drive platform success.

- Highly goal-driven with strong bias for action and persistence in facing challenges
- Excellent communication and presentation skills via phone, email, and in-person
- Proficiency in CRM tools, particularly with leads and opportunities (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Fluency in French and English
