Fluidstack is building civilization-scale compute infrastructure for AI at unprecedented speed and scale. The company acquires power, designs and builds data centers, and operates them across hardware and software teams. The mission is to deploy frontier compute infrastructure faster than anyone else, rethinking every layer of the stack.
The Manufacturing Systems Manager will lead the systems and data infrastructure that enables Fluidstack's manufacturing operations to scale at the pace of the company's growth. This is an end-to-end ownership role spanning ERP, PLM, MES, and procurement systems integration.
Key responsibilities:
- Extend NetSuite from finance into the system of record for supply chain and manufacturing, including purchasing, inventory, MRP planning, and supplier data management.
- Stand up Siemens Teamcenter as the PLM system and build the engineering BOM to manufacturing BOM handoff, engineering change flow, and part master data that connect to the ERP.
- Integrate ERP and PLM with surrounding tools: Zip for procurement, MES on the manufacturing floor, and demand/lead-time forecasting models.
- Own data migration and go-live execution for each system on timelines set by manufacturing needs, not implementation partners.
- Operate and maintain all systems post-launch: ensure data quality, resolve issues, and ship the next release before the team outgrows the current system.
- Communicate system tradeoffs clearly to supply chain and finance leadership to drive decisions.
- Build and mentor a small systems team as the company scales.
The role operates within Fluidstack's culture of full autonomy ("be a barrel"), insane urgency, first-principles thinking, and ownership of outcomes that matter at civilization scale.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Led an end-to-end ERP or MRP deployment at a company that manufactures physical products, from selection through data migration to go-live.
- Owned NetSuite as a system of record, implementing or expanding it directly (not just working within it).
- Deployed Siemens Teamcenter or connected a PLM to an ERP, including BOM handoff and engineering change flow.
- Built systems used daily by buyers and planners; validated workflows matched actual user behavior.
- Owned a system long after go-live and can articulate specific data problems identified and resolved.
- Can explain systems tradeoffs to supply chain and finance stakeholders in plain terms and drive decisions.
BONUS EXPERIENCE:
- SAP S/4HANA or Oracle ERP.
- MES platforms such as Siemens Opcenter or Tulip.
- PLM systems such as Arena or Windchill.
- Building and scaling a small systems team.
- Background in data center, energy, or modular construction industries.
