Salary: USD 104,030 - 155,839 / annual
Echodyne is seeking a Manufacturing Project Manager to join its fast-growing team. The company develops compact solid-state beam-steering radar technology for autonomous vehicles, uncrewed aircraft, drones, and critical infrastructure security applications.
In this role, you will lead and manage manufacturing projects through completion, overseeing successful delivery. You will define project scope and objectives, manage budgets and resources, assemble and lead project teams, and communicate with stakeholders. Key responsibilities include developing project plans with defined deliverables and performance metrics, creating and managing schedules and budgets, monitoring progress and identifying risks, managing stakeholder communications, resolving issues and conflicts, ensuring quality assurance processes, maintaining project documentation, and developing and coaching project team members.
You will work cross-functionally with Engineering, Production, Supply Chain, and Warehousing organizations. The role requires strategic alignment of projects with broader organizational goals and acts as a liaison between the project team, immediate stakeholders, and management.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent progressive industry/military experience
- 5+ years of experience in project or program management, administration, or related roles
- Demonstrated ability to develop project plans including scope, timelines, objectives with defined deliverables and performance metrics
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production lifecycles, shop floor operations, supply chain management, and inventory control
- Experience creating and executing work plans, assigning tasks, and monitoring progress
- Strong understanding of managing project costs and financial resources
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; working knowledge of MS Project, Jira, and Confluence
- Ability to strategically align projects with organizational goals
- PMP certification is a plus
- Desired: experience with production facility expansion, continuous improvement, Lean Manufacturing, and Quality Control concepts
