Salary: USD 75,000 - 120,000 / annual
Re:Build Manufacturing New Kensington is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to join a growing industrial and engineering company focused on revitalizing US manufacturing. In this role, you will identify production requirements from customers, regulatory bodies, and industry standards. You'll provide Design for Manufacturability (DFM) feedback on customer designs and develop production processes that meet requirements for safety, quality, cost, manufacturability, delivery, and customer value. You'll measure the efficiency of production processes and lead continuous improvement efforts, conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Root Cause Corrective Actions (RCCA) for non-conformances, and contribute to a fast-paced environment where you can stretch and pursue your fullest potential.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering or related technical degree
- 5–10 years of manufacturing engineering experience, preferably in controlled industries (aerospace, medical, nuclear) or equivalent education/experience combination
- Understanding of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing)
- 3D modeling experience with SolidWorks (preferred)
- Understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles
- Problem-solving skills; formal problem-solving experience is a plus
- Understanding of risk identification and analysis
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes including CNC machining, assembly, and composites/metallics fabrication
- Knowledge of Theory of Constraints (TOC) principles and their application to manufacturing systems
- Export Control Requirement: Must be a U.S. citizen or national, lawful permanent resident (Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted as a refugee or granted asylum
