Anysphere, maker of Cursor (an AI-native code editor), is seeking a Manager of Partnerships based in India. This role bridges enterprise customers and Cursor's product and go-to-market teams, focusing on AI adoption strategies at scale.
You will serve as a peer-level executive partner to CTOs and VP-level engineering leaders, helping them navigate AI integration into their organizations. Working alongside Field Engineers, you'll design enterprise-wide AI adoption strategies and frame complex technical problems without getting bogged down in implementation details.
Key responsibilities include: executive engagement with senior technical leaders; partnering with field teams to shape customer-centric solution direction; acting as the voice of the customer to feed insights back into Cursor's product and go-to-market strategy; and leading architectural conversations that evaluate Cursor at a systems level, tailoring narratives to different technology stacks.
You'll need prior experience as an engineering leader, principal architect, or platform leader in complex organizations. Deep technical fluency in modern engineering structures, developer productivity challenges, and AI/LLM tooling is essential. Exceptional external-facing executive presence and ability to connect technical capabilities to business impact are critical.
The ideal candidate is truth-seeking, creative, and comfortable navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced, flat, talent-dense startup environment. Cursor emphasizes spirited debate, crazy ideas, and shipping code.
