Build practical project plans, timelines, employee communication plans, and onsite readiness plans for major workplace changes. Vendor & Budget Management: Manage regional vendors, ensuring they meet quality, responsiveness, cost, and service expectations. Own vendor escalations and recurring business reviews, translating feedback into clear corrective actions. Support budget planning, invoice review, and purchase approvals for West Coast workplace operations. Make practical tradeoffs reflecting Rippling's operating principles: frugality, urgency, and high standards. Partner with Workplace Technology and IT on AV and Network issues, control access tooling, and office technology reliability.
