Salary: EUR 60,000 - 120,000 / annual
Veeva Systems is a public benefit corporation and industry-cloud pioneer in life sciences software. Veeva Batch Release helps manufacturers modernize batch-disposition decisions by connecting quality, manufacturing, laboratory, document, and ERP information.
In this European Strategy Manager role, you will lead customer-facing strategy work to shape market understanding and adoption of Veeva Batch Release across Europe. You'll combine regulated-manufacturing expertise with the ability to translate complex processes into practical software solutions and field strategies.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead strategic discovery with European life sciences customers to map their batch-disposition processes, systems landscape, release bottlenecks, stakeholder models, and business cases for change
- Work with account teams to advance priority customers from working-level interest to senior-sponsored engagement
- Serve as the European domain lead, helping Sales, Strategy, Solution Consulting, Services, Product, Marketing, and partners understand how quality, manufacturing, laboratory, document, and ERP processes integrate in release workflows
- Translate customer, partner, and market learning into clear product, services, implementation, and field recommendations
- Build reusable European enablement materials including discovery guides, stakeholder maps, account-entry plays, and positioning across ERP, manufacturing execution, laboratory, quality, and document systems
- Develop relationships with systems integrators, consultancies, advisory partners, and industry organizations
- Represent Veeva in customer meetings, executive discussions, webinars, and industry events
Required qualifications:
- 10+ years in life sciences manufacturing, quality, or related enterprise software and consulting
- Direct working knowledge of batch disposition/release and regulated manufacturing evidence and stakeholders
- Experience translating manufacturing or quality processes into customer-facing software, consulting, implementation, or transformation programs
- Senior customer-facing experience in strategy, solution consulting, implementation advisory, enterprise software, or management consulting
- Ability to lead substantive conversations with Quality, Manufacturing, Qualified Person, IT, and executive stakeholders
- Working knowledge of SAP or another ERP platform and several of: manufacturing execution, laboratory, quality, document, and integration systems
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to travel within Europe and occasionally globally
Nice-to-have: Direct responsibility for batch disposition or Qualified Person certification; experience with SAP Batch Release Hub, TrackWise, Veeva Vault Quality; relationships with European systems integrators or ISPE.
