Cyberhaven is seeking a Manager of Technical Account Management to build and lead a team of Technical Account Managers (TAMs) who own the technical relationship with customers. The role is responsible for ensuring customers successfully deploy, adopt, and derive value from Cyberhaven's Agentic Data Security platform, from onboarding through renewal.
You will hire, onboard, and develop TAMs, setting clear expectations, providing regular feedback, and conducting career development and performance reviews. You'll coach the team on account strategy, technical troubleshooting, executive communication, and managing difficult customer situations. You will establish the TAM operating model, including account segmentation, coverage, engagement cadence, and business review formats. You'll define team goals and metrics around account health, agent coverage, deployment progress, adoption, escalation volume, and customer satisfaction.
As the senior escalation point for critical customer issues, you'll review account health across the team's portfolio and step in early on accounts at risk of churn or adoption problems. You'll build relationships with strategic customers, join executive and business reviews, and work with Customer Success and Sales on renewals and expansions. You'll also serve as the voice of the customer, collecting feedback and feature requests from the team and bringing them to Product and Engineering with full technical and business context. You'll run root cause analysis on significant incidents and drive preventive follow-ups.
You'll report to the VP of Support and Technical Account Management and work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Support Engineering, Customer Experience, and Sales to turn customer insights into product and service improvements.
Cyberhaven is backed by $250M from investors including Khosla and Redpoint, with a leadership team that includes veterans from CrowdStrike, Palo Alto Networks, Meta, and Google.
