sennder, Europe's leading digital freight forwarder, is seeking a Manager of Strategy & Corporate Development to join the CEO Office in Milan or Berlin. This is a hybrid role (3 days/week in-office) reporting to the VP of Strategy & Corporate Development. You will work directly with sennder's Co-Founders, CEO, and Executive Team on high-impact strategic and operational initiatives. Key responsibilities include: • Drive identification, conceptualization, and execution of strategic priorities and cross-functional projects that advance company objectives • Collaborate closely with the CEO and Executive Team to deliver results from project conception through implementation • Lead the company-wide AI-first transformation program and strategic finance initiatives to ensure sustained market leadership • Develop comprehensive business plans, financial models, pitch decks, and strategic documents • Serve as liaison between CEO and internal/external stakeholders (board members, investors), ensuring alignment on priorities • Support executives in maximizing efficiency by preparing key meetings, board meetings, and strategy offsites • Conduct market analyses and competitive research to identify growth opportunities Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in fast-paced, challenging environments, preferably at top-tier management consulting, transaction advisory, or investment banking firms. You should have: • Excellent analytical and conceptual skills with proven ability to translate insights into actionable outcomes • Strong quantitative modeling and financial analysis experience • Demonstrated track record leading strategic, cross-functional projects or large-scale transformation/post-merger integration programs • Results-oriented mindset with ability to navigate multiple stakeholders • Experience leading small, high-performing teams (1-3 members) is a plus • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and AI-first working practices sennder operates a proprietary transportation operating system connecting shippers to thousands of trucks while improving sustainability, cost-efficiency, and transparency in logistics.
