sennder is Europe's leading digital freight forwarder, digitizing and automating road logistics processes at scale. This Manager, Strategy & Corporate Development role sits in the CEO Office, reporting to the VP of Strategy & Corporate Development and working directly with the Co-Founders, CEO, and Executive Team.
You will drive identification, conceptualization, and execution of strategic priorities and cross-functional projects that advance sennder's objectives. Key responsibilities include: orchestrating a company-wide AI-first transformation program and strategic finance initiatives; co-creating business plans, financial models, and pitch decks; serving as liaison between CEO and internal/external stakeholders (board members, investors); supporting executive efficiency through meeting preparation and strategy offsites; and conducting market analyses and competitive research to identify growth opportunities.
The role offers a 360° view of high-growth company operations while actively contributing to critical business challenges. You will collaborate with peers from consulting and banking backgrounds, with opportunities for future development in Strategy, Commercial, or Finance teams.
Required: 3+ years in fast-paced environments, ideally at top-tier management consulting, transaction advisory, or investment banking firms (or equivalent). Must have excellent analytical and conceptual skills, quantitative modeling and financial analysis expertise, and a demonstrated track record leading strategic cross-functional projects (ideally large-scale transformation or post-merger integration). Strong bias toward action and results-oriented mindset. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and AI-first working methods required.
Preferred: First-hand experience leading small, high-performing teams (1-3 members).
