Overjet, a leader in dental AI, is seeking a Manager of Strategic Partnerships to drive growth through partner channels. This role sources, negotiates, and activates strategic partnerships with consulting firms, imaging/PMS vendors, distributors, and other channel partners that generate new business for Overjet's platform.
Key responsibilities include identifying and prospecting prospective partners, building business cases tied to retention and revenue impact, structuring and negotiating partnership agreements, and moving signed deals from contract to revenue quickly through onboarding and joint go-to-market planning. You'll own partner-sourced pipeline generation, quarterly new-business targets, and forecast partnership-driven revenue. The role requires serving as primary point of contact for assigned strategic partners, navigating internal stakeholder dynamics, and leading business reviews with performance insights.
You'll coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Legal to launch and scale partnerships. The position reports to the Head of Partnerships within the GTM organization.
Required qualifications: 5+ years of B2B sales, business development, or channel partnership experience (dental, medical device, or SaaS preferred). You should have a track record of sourcing, negotiating, and closing partnership or channel agreements, experience managing partner relationships with medical/dental device or SaaS manufacturers, strong commercial instincts, and the ability to build and pressure-test business cases quickly. The ideal candidate is highly responsive, action-oriented, an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills, and has a strong personal network within the dental industry. You must be comfortable with extensive travel for partner meetings and industry events.
