Antithesis is building a platform to redefine how modern distributed systems are tested and released. The company serves engineering teams who need rock-solid reliability, scalable performance, and deep technical visibility into system correctness. You will lead a player-coach role managing the Solutions Engineering team based in the London HQ office, with additional team members in the APAC region. You'll be responsible for critical business KPIs including POC conversion rates and presales support volume for your geographical region. Day-to-day responsibilities include team management (onboarding, 1-on-1s, performance reviews, project assignments), recruiting for EMEA/APAC, and collaborating with regional sales leadership on presales support and POC execution. You'll partner with global GTM functions on marketing initiatives and enablement programs, help team members develop technical and communication skills, and serve as a technical backstop for customer engagements. You maintain a strong technical foundation with hands-on experience in software testing, reliability, and distributed systems. You're a "hands-on-keyboard" engineer who leads from the front, taking on the toughest technical challenges alongside your team. You have experience working with Account Executives and other GTM functions, and you're comfortable in high-pressure situations with tight timelines. Ideal candidates have experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), object-oriented programming, scripting languages (bash/shell, Python, JavaScript), and data querying (SQL, NoSQL). You're a strong communicator, mentor, and team player who thrives in fast-paced startup environments. The role requires some travel for client sites, conferences, and HQ visits.
