As Manager of Sensor Integration & Cleaning Hardware at Zoox, you will lead a multidisciplinary engineering team responsible for the design, integration, validation, and launch of sensor assemblies and sensor cleaning systems for autonomous vehicles. Your team will ensure that Zoox vehicles can operate safely and reliably across diverse real-world environmental conditions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and developing a team of engineers focused on sensor integration and cleaning hardware
- Driving engineering solutions that keep autonomy sensors within operational specifications
- Minimizing contamination-related failures through innovative cleaning system design
- Optimizing sensor assemblies for supply chain efficiency and volume manufacturing
- Improving vehicle availability and serviceability through robust hardware design
- Supporting scalable deployment of Zoox autonomous vehicles
- Overseeing program execution and technical delivery
