Salary: CAD 93,000 - 113,000 / annual

Aviso is a leading Canadian wealth management and investment services provider with approximately $145 billion in assets under administration and management. The company operates a comprehensive, technology-enabled, client-centric wealth services ecosystem serving credit unions, portfolio managers, investment dealers, insurance and trust companies, and introducing brokers across Canada. The Manager, Sales Support role reports to the Director of Inside Sales and leads the Sales Associate team within the AM Wealth Distribution division. This is a hybrid position requiring 1-3 days per week in the assigned Aviso office (Toronto, Vancouver, or Montreal). Key responsibilities include: - Day-to-day supervision of the Sales Associate team, ensuring efficient and high-quality work output - Recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new sales support talent in collaboration with the Director of Inside Sales - Implementing best practices and procedures to optimize team processes and enhance overall performance - Providing ongoing coaching and professional development to ensure team members meet expectations and targets - Coordinating and managing sales events across the country, including logistics, promotions, and post-event analysis - Overseeing sales and activity reporting, presenting regular updates to senior management and identifying improvement areas - Building strong cross-functional relationships with sales, marketing, and service center teams to ensure seamless collaboration and support for the sales process The ideal candidate will embody Aviso's values: Care (building trusted relationships and championing service excellence), Dare (challenging the status quo with bold ideas), Share (collaborating openly and seeking diverse perspectives), and Deliver (taking ownership and focusing on meaningful results). Requirements: - Post-secondary education in Business Administration or related field - Minimum 5-7 years of experience in the financial industry with a proven track record in sales support or related role - Successful completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) is highly preferred - Solid understanding of sales support processes, strategies, and best practices - Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks and documentation - Strong verbal and written communication skills, able to engage with individuals and groups at all levels - Strong organizational and time management skills, adept at prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment - Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, with expertise in sales data analysis and reporting - Team player with ability to work independently, demonstrating initiative and adaptability - Outstanding customer service orientation with strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging situations professionally - Demonstrated ability to multitask effectively, managing multiple projects and responsibilities simultaneously - Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance requirements - Fluent English communication required; bilingual French skills are an asset
