You will be at the center of Anduril's growth engine, managing the end-to-end proposal lifecycle for major government contracts across multiple business lines including Air Defense, Electronic Warfare, and International programs. In this role, you will lead proposal efforts to win new business by constructing compelling narratives and documents that convey Anduril's value proposition to government customers. You'll become a subject matter expert in your assigned business line portfolio and partner with stakeholders across growth, legal, finance, engineering, program management, and executive teams to execute capture, pricing, and outreach strategies. Key responsibilities include: managing and writing responses to government requests for proposals, white papers, quotes, and product information; developing and maintaining strategic pricing across Anduril's product lines; creating and owning proposal processes with continuous improvement focus; developing and curating content libraries of prose, briefs, and graphics; coordinating with engineering teams to accurately represent cutting-edge technology to customers; and monitoring opportunities for key stakeholders. You must have excellent writing skills, significant experience with the government acquisitions process, and demonstrated ability to build processes from scratch. You'll work comfortably across diverse disciplines including design, engineering, program management, supply chain, and finance. U.S. Person status is required due to access to export-controlled data. Current security clearance is required (TS with SCI eligibility preferred). Special Access Program experience is a plus. The role offers multiple specialization tracks: Air Defense (FAR 12/15 contract expertise), Electronic Warfare (technical hardware/software proposals, Secret clearance required, TS preferred), or International (global hardware/software products, no clearance required). Experience with DoD Mission Systems, Space, Air Vehicles, international customer support (DCS, FMS, FMF), FAR procedures, and CEMA technologies are preferred.
