Fetch is a venture-backed, fast-growing company transforming multifamily community management through four core services: Package Delivery, Valet Trash, Fetch Market, and Fetch Storage. The company operates across U.S. markets, combining technology, logistics, and hospitality to create seamless living experiences for residents while delivering measurable value to property managers and owners. You will own the end-to-end partner experience and onboarding strategy for Fetch's service partner network, which includes both Delivery Partners (package side) and Trash Service Partners (valet trash side) across all operating markets. This is a leadership role managing a team of specialists, with accountability for sourcing strategy, funnel metrics, fill rates, onboarding workflows, and the holistic partner experience from application through long-term retention. Key responsibilities include: • Develop and execute end-to-end sourcing strategy for service partners, determining where to list positions, how recruitment budgets are allocated market-by-market, and ensuring application volume aligns with actual capacity needs. • Own and optimize critical funnel metrics: application volume by market, conversion rates at each stage, cost per applicant, cost per activation, and time to first block. • Maintain sustained fill rates across the network and partner directly with operations leadership to address coverage risks in any market. • Redesign and optimize onboarding and recruitment workflows for technical efficiency, balancing screening friction to maintain quality while maximizing conversion. • Lead a multi-channel communications strategy to support partners throughout their journey. • Take a holistic view of the service partner experience—covering first-day experience, pay transparency, in-app experience, and support responsiveness—to drive retention and repeat engagement. • Conduct root cause analysis when conversion, fill, or retention metrics degrade; develop durable solutions rather than temporary patches. • Create sustainable feedback loops to evaluate and improve the partner experience, reporting findings clearly to leadership. • Lead, coach, and develop the team of specialists reporting into this role, raising the ceiling on what the function can deliver. Requirements: Not explicitly stated in the posting.
