Canopy is a fast-growing SaaS company building practice management software for accounting firms. The company recently secured $70M in Series C funding and is focused on revolutionizing the accounting space with modern, user-friendly software.
As Manager of Sales Enablement, you will report to the Product Education leader and own the development and execution of enablement programs that empower the go-to-market (GTM) teams to perform at their best. This is a foundational role with the opportunity to build scalable frameworks and drive measurable impact across a growing GTM organization.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and owning Canopy's Sales Enablement strategy and roadmap in partnership with the Product Education leader
- Developing and delivering onboarding and ongoing training programs to improve GTM productivity and performance
- Creating, managing, and maintaining GTM playbooks, process documentation, and enablement content
- Collaborating with CX, Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure consistent messaging, materials, and buyer journey alignment
- Identifying skill gaps across GTM teams and designing targeted training or resources to close them
- Implementing tools, systems, and best practices that drive efficiency, consistency, and data-driven sales execution
- Measuring and reporting on enablement program effectiveness through performance metrics, feedback, and outcomes
This is a hybrid position in Draper, Utah, with in-office expectations on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years of experience in Enablement, Operations, or within a SaaS environment
- 2+ years of experience in Account Executive or Account Management roles
- Proven experience developing and executing scalable enablement programs
- Excellent communication, presentation, and instructional design skills
- Strong cross-functional collaboration abilities—comfortable working with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Leadership teams
- Self-starter who thrives in building new processes and initiatives from the ground up
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
Bonus: Accounting industry experience
