Salary: USD 174,000 - 271,850 / annual

ServiceNow seeks an experienced Manager of M&A Integration to lead post-acquisition integration efforts across multiple deals simultaneously. You will be strategically and operationally focused, supporting all phases of integration from strategy development through execution and performance management. Key responsibilities include: - Develop and execute post-acquisition integration strategies ensuring value realization objectives are met - Plan integration strategies, value realization initiatives, and operational priorities, including day-one execution planning with business and functional stakeholders - Establish and manage the Integration Management Office (IMO), driving meeting cadence for program updates, decision-making, and issue resolution - Develop and track integration costs and budgets - Support the M&A scorecard process, including KPI development and tracking - Incorporate lessons learned and continuously improve integration processes, playbooks, and tools You will work with senior executives across the organization, requiring strong executive presence, excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence at senior levels. This role demands strategic and business acumen to develop execution plans that realize deal value in complex, global, product-led organizations. Requirements: - 5+ years supporting M&A integration across complex deal types (MBA and consulting experience a plus) - Strong strategic and business acumen with ability to drive development of execution plans that realize value - Proven track record of supporting complex integrations in global and product-led organizations - Highly organized with ability to support multiple acquisitions simultaneously - Strong executive presence and communication skills with ability to influence senior executives - Command of M&A frameworks, processes, and tools
