InStride Health is seeking a Manager of IT Operations to lead the technical infrastructure and support team that enables the organization's mission to deliver specialty anxiety and OCD care to children, teens, and young adults. This role reports to the Senior Director of IT and bridges leadership and support specialists, focusing on operational excellence, team development, and technical leadership. Key responsibilities include establishing and running the IT team's operating rhythm through sprint planning, standups, retrospectives, and SLA tracking. You will directly supervise and develop a team of IT support specialists, providing clear direction, performance oversight, and professional growth opportunities. As the senior technical escalation point, you'll guide the team through complex troubleshooting and root-cause analysis while maintaining IT operational standards. Technical ownership spans enterprise identity and access management (Okta), including RBAC design, group architecture, SSO/SCIM integrations, and lifecycle provisioning automation. You'll administer cloud collaboration platforms and mobile device management (MDM) for macOS endpoints (~400 devices), ensuring device compliance, zero-touch deployment, and OS update strategies. You'll manage the cloud telephony and collaboration portfolio including Zoom, Zoom Phone (call queues and IVR routing), Slack, and Jira Service Management queue configuration. A core focus is converting recurring manual IT onboarding and access requests into automated self-service workflows. You'll build operational reporting dashboards to structure data for day-to-day IT management, reconcile software licenses against headcount to identify cost variances, and partner with Security on access reviews and compliance cycles (HIPAA, SOC 2). You'll also strategically implement AI capabilities within IT operations to improve throughput and efficiency while maintaining compliance standards. Cross-functional collaboration with HR, Clinical, Commercial, and Engineering teams is essential for managing cohort onboarding/offboarding, running decision-oriented meetings, and maintaining clear technical runbooks and end-user documentation. Required qualifications: 5+ years of progressive IT operations and systems administration experience with direct people-management experience supervising and developing technical staff. Deep technical mastery of enterprise identity administration (RBAC, SSO/SCIM, provisioning automation), macOS fleet management via MDM, and cloud collaboration platforms. Proven track record building operational dashboards and structuring data into actionable metrics. Experience operating in regulated healthcare or compliance environments (HIPAA, SOC 2). Highly developed cross-functional communication and project delivery skills. Preferred: direct experience with Kandji (Iru) and Google Workspace, cloud telephony administration (Zoom Phone), Jira Service Management, CRM tools (Zoho), and practical AI tool application in operational workflows.
