Salary: USD 120,000 - 140,000 / annual

Archive is a Series B marketplace platform powering branded resale for major consumer brands including Lululemon, The North Face, New Balance, Dr. Martens, and Peloton. The secondhand market is growing 3x faster than traditional retail and is projected to reach $350B globally by 2028. Archive builds the infrastructure enabling brands to turn resale into a meaningful revenue stream while helping consumers shop secondhand with confidence. In this Manager of Customer Growth role, you will own the GMV (Gross Merchandise Value) outcome for a portfolio of approximately 15 mid-tier brand partners, including Sam Edelman, Hanna Andersson, and Sur La Table, representing combined annual contract value of ~$1.55M with 30-50% year-over-year growth potential. This is a relationship-first role requiring strong account management, commercial acumen, and executive presence. Key responsibilities include: **Relationship Management:** Build and maintain trusted relationships with brand stakeholders across your portfolio. Run regular cadence meetings (1-2x monthly, 2-4 quarterly business reviews annually). Represent Archive to senior brand executives. Navigate difficult conversations around missed targets, scope disputes, and escalations. **Commercial Strategy:** Own growth thesis and expansion strategy for each brand. Lead expansion conversations within existing markets and partner with Commercial leadership on new market expansion (e.g., EU). Build analytics, forecasting, and P&L tracking to drive profitability. Develop business cases for strategic bets and upsells. Partner with Sales and Commercial leadership on contract motions and pricing. **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Partner with Marketing on initiatives including brand summits and event speaker coordination. Work with Customer Success to resolve escalated support and site issues. Coordinate with CX team on B2C customer experience matters. Work with Product to prioritize high-impact, high-profit features for your brand portfolio. This is a high-volume account management role requiring strong multitasking, prioritization, and the ability to balance competing priorities with ease. You'll need executive presence, tenacity, and optimism to help brands see resale opportunity and convert hesitation into buy-in. **Requirements:** - Experience owning revenue outcomes across a high-volume portfolio of brand or client accounts in customer success, account management, or commercial roles - Strong multitasking and prioritization skills; comfortable managing competing timelines across a large account book - Charismatic, tenacious, and optimistic; comfortable navigating pushback and selling stakeholders on new ideas - Executive presence; able to comfortably engage with senior brand stakeholders in QBR settings - Self-directed leader who takes full ownership of accounts, tests new ideas independently, and brings creative, scrappy problem-solving - Fluent with AI tools and motivated to go deeper—prototyping new reports, workflows, and tooling in Claude for the team **Nice to have:** - Experience in e-commerce, retail, or resale/recommerce industry - Background in high-growth B2B SaaS or marketplace environment
