Salary: USD 118,000 - 130,000 / annual

You will lead and grow Garner's mid-market Business Development Representative (BDR) team, reporting directly to the VP of Business Development. Your primary responsibilities include leading a high-performing team of BDRs focused on the broker and consultant channel, driving qualified meetings and pipeline generation to support company growth goals.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop BDRs selling through broker and consultant channels to meet/exceed pipeline and meeting-generation targets
- Hire and onboard new BDRs, including conducting interviews and building structured ramp plans for the broker-led motion
- Track, analyze, and optimize team performance metrics using Salesforce, Outreach, and other sales enablement tools
- Own pipeline forecasting and report team performance and pipeline health to senior leadership
- Drive strategic decisions on territory and broker-office assignments, segmentation, and messaging
- Provide ongoing feedback and career development through regular 1:1s, training sessions, and performance reviews
Ideal candidate profile:
- 2-4 years of business development experience with 1+ years of formal people management leading direct reports
- Strong analytical and communication skills; comfortable using data to coach and drive performance
- Proven track record building and scaling outbound sales or BDR/SDR teams in high-growth environments, ideally through broker, consultant, or partner channels
- Expertise with Salesforce, Outreach, and ZoomInfo (or equivalent tools)
- Healthcare, SaaS, or complex B2B sales experience is a plus
The role is remote with occasional travel to NYC headquarters. Garner is headquartered in New York City.
