The team identifies both malicious and accidental misuse of legitimate access, investigating abuse of personal data, intellectual property, and sensitive information leaks. In this role, you will lead a team of security engineers and analysts to develop solutions for threat hunting, detection, and incident response. You'll work with technical leads to set direction for infrastructure, processes, and standards, providing technical expertise in threat hunting, incident response, forensics, and security analysis. You'll build relationships with internal stakeholders across business, product, analytics, and engineering to identify solutions and execute on the team's roadmap. Key responsibilities include mentoring and growing team members for their immediate and long-term careers, recruiting top-tier talent at all levels, and serving as the subject matter expert and face of the Insider Threat program to legal, people, compliance, and executive teams. You'll also work with Technical Program Managers and Technical Writers to document the Insider Threat landscape and provide support to team members who encounter sensitive or offensive materials.
