Salary: USD 160,000 - 200,000 / annual
Mesh is building infrastructure for crypto payments and tokenized assets, backed by leading investors including SBI, Paradigm, Dragonfly, and PayPal Ventures. You will own the end-to-end revenue operations and finance systems that connect Mesh's products to its books and power the business metrics.
You will design and ship integrations, billing logic, and reconciliation tools across Salesforce, HubSpot, NetSuite, Bill.com, card programs, and the data warehouse. Working closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering, you will co-build the billing engine for ramps and payments, including partner fee schedules, markups, revenue splits, and monthly settlements. You will own Salesforce as a system—data standards, account ownership, the HubSpot sync, pipeline reporting, deal approval workflows, and pricing guardrails.
Key responsibilities include building reconciliation and alerting systems that match platform transactions, partner statements, bank and on-chain activity against the ledger, with alerts for subsidy balances, float levels, uncredited deposits, refunds, and failed settlements. You will produce critical payments metrics including total payment volume by product and account, take rate actual vs. contracted, gross and net revenue retention, logo churn, new logos, time to go-live, and transaction success rates. You will administer sales commissions by calculating payouts from Salesforce and billing data, and automate recurring close work including expense allocations, cost of revenue reclasses, and transaction coding. You will also build AI-assisted workflows for AP intake, coding, payment matching, and collections.
This is a builder role where most of your time goes into shipping systems rather than running manual reports. You will see your work ship fast and make real impact on how the company scales.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 5+ years in revenue operations, finance operations, finance systems, or billing at a payments or fintech company (payments experience required)
- Demonstrated experience shipping integrations and data pipelines yourself, including Salesforce and NetSuite
- Experience building revenue metrics and administering sales commissions
- Experience writing requirements with engineering teams and seeing them through to production
