Salary: USD 140,000 - 194,000 / annual

Crusoe is a vertically integrated AI infrastructure company building the energy and compute backbone for the world's most ambitious AI workloads. They own and operate every layer of the stack—from power generation to cloud services—with an energy-first approach to solve AI compute bottlenecks. As Manager of Facility Operations, you will oversee daily physical operations, maintenance, and safety at Crusoe's Snyder, TX facility. You'll manage a dedicated maintenance team, coordinate with external vendors, and ensure the workspace remains safe, efficient, and fully operational. Key responsibilities include: - Coordinate installation, inspection, and repair of mission-critical facility equipment: HVAC, plumbing, fire/life safety systems, UPS systems, PDUs, switchgear, generators, and cooling infrastructure - Perform routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure continuous operation and regulatory compliance - Manage employees, vendors, and contractors; ensure work meets site requirements, deadlines, and documentation standards - Maintain technical logs, equipment manuals, SOPs, and facility documentation - Ensure compliance with safety regulations, hazardous material handling, and emergency response protocols - Monitor BMS/DCIM tools and provide escalation/resolution for alarms and issues - Support internal teams on deployments, installations, and physical infrastructure service requests - Serve as escalation point for after-hours facility events and critical incidents - Train and mentor junior staff on SOPs and safety protocols You bring 5–10 years of experience in mission-critical environments (data centers, hospitals, high-availability industrial facilities). You have strong working knowledge of HVAC, emergency power systems, electrical distribution, and fire suppression. You've supervised technicians/contractors in high-uptime environments and understand UPS systems, power distribution, transfer switches, and building automation. You can read technical documentation, blueprints, and schematics. EPA 608 certification is required within 90 days. Familiarity with DCIM, BMS, or maintenance platforms (ServiceNow, MCIM, Corrigo) is expected. You're an excellent communicator, willing to be on-call for emergencies. Bonus experience includes rapid data center buildouts, critical infrastructure automation (SCADA, PLC), hybrid cloud/on-prem environments, SOP/EOP creation, cross-functional incident coordination, and environmental compliance knowledge.
