Notion is seeking a Manager of Enablement Programs to lead the design and execution of global seller enablement initiatives. This role owns the programs and operating system that help sales teams ramp quickly and execute with confidence, spanning global onboarding, role-readiness, Field OS, and AI-enabled enablement workflows.
Key responsibilities include building a Field OS as a seller-ramp unlock with priority workflows, trusted resources, and AI-enabled execution moments by role; mapping and prototyping custom AI agents that support sellers throughout the sales process; refreshing onboarding around continuous iteration with A/B testing and role-specific alignment; establishing a dedicated manager onboarding track; and creating a repeatable, measurable enablement system that improves ramp time and raises enablement quality.
You will need proven ability to design and run global enablement programs end-to-end, including both live and asynchronous modalities across regions and time zones. Strong program leadership skills are essential: clear roadmaps, decision-making frameworks, stakeholder alignment, and measurement-driven iteration. Experience building scalable enablement systems with resource governance, intake processes, and communication rhythms that sellers actually adopt is required.
An AI-fluent approach to enablement is critical—using AI and automation to improve quality, speed, and consistency of seller execution while instrumenting adoption and impact metrics. You'll manage and develop a small team, setting high standards and building a calm, high-ownership operating rhythm. This is a leadership role focused on evolving Notion's enablement and go-to-market motion in the AI era, setting the standard for what great enablement looks like and building an AI-native enablement model.
