This is a newly created role at the intersection of talent acquisition and AI-native transformation, working directly with ServiceNow's product organization through the Customer Zero program.
You will serve as the execution engine for the TA Innovation roadmap, responsible for:
• Owning the innovation portfolio's rhythm, including milestones, coordination, status reporting, and stakeholder communications to keep all parties informed.
• Driving pilot program management from kickoff through results, tracking success metrics, organizing workstreams, and ensuring cross-functional team reviews stay on track.
• Coordinating RFIs (Requests for Information) for new technology evaluation, managing timelines, inputs, and documentation as the team assesses emerging candidate evaluation tools and related solutions.
• Shaping the innovation narrative by translating technical and in-progress work into compelling stories that build momentum and confidence with leadership. You will own all TA Innovation updates to the broader TA&M organization.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate technical or in-progress work into narratives that resonate with leadership
• Collaborative mindset and willingness to work cross-functionally across multiple teams and disciplines
