Delinea is building a data governance function from the ground up and seeking a Manager to lead this critical initiative. This is a build role where you will design and establish data governance policies, hire and lead a Mexico City-based team of data governance analysts, and own multiple high-impact domains: account hierarchy integrity in Salesforce, OFAC/sanctions screening, account deduplication, and account-creation gatekeeping.
Key responsibilities include designing data governance policies covering account hierarchy structure and change control; building and leading a team of analysts with clear workflows and performance standards; owning the accuracy and single source-of-truth for Delinea's customer hierarchy across Global, Strategic, and Enterprise accounts; establishing proactive monitoring and remediation for account/contact duplication; creating and maintaining OFAC screening processes for deals and channel opportunities; acting as the gateway for all new Salesforce account creation with defined SLAs; and implementing an AI-first operating model where automation handles detection and research while humans approve final transactional changes.
You will report directly into leadership and partner closely with Sales, Legal/Compliance, and Finance stakeholders. The role requires 5+ years in data governance, data quality, or Salesforce data operations with account/customer hierarchy experience; 2+ years of people management, ideally building or scaling new teams; direct Salesforce account/contact data model expertise; experience with data quality and deduplication tools (Openprise, Data.com, Cloudingo, Validity/DemandTools preferred); and familiarity with OFAC/sanctions screening processes. This is an opportunity to establish foundational data practices at a growing, well-funded identity security platform preparing for scale.
