Salary: USD 100,000 - 130,000 / annual
Pax8 is a fast-growing cloud marketplace serving thousands of partners globally. This role leads a team of Partner Success Managers, driving proactive engagement, retention strategies, and growth-focused customer experiences across the partner portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Partner Success Managers with clear expectations, measurable goals, and individual development plans
- Provide continuous coaching and candid feedback to build team capability and career momentum
- Guide the team in delivering exceptional partner experiences that improve satisfaction and long-term loyalty
- Identify risks and opportunities through customer health insights and performance data; take ownership of complex escalations
- Champion proactive engagement strategies that improve retention and portfolio health
- Ensure consistent execution of customer success programs that increase adoption, engagement, and business value
- Identify growth opportunities and support partners throughout their journey
- Establish scalable approaches that create repeatable success across a diverse partner portfolio
- Lead initiatives that enhance productivity, effectiveness, and partner experience
- Evaluate processes and recommend improvements; work cross-functionally with Sales, Support, Product, and other teams
- Use data and continuous improvement methodologies to elevate team performance
Required Qualifications:
- Substantial experience in Customer Success, Partner Success, post-sales relationship management, or related environments
- Demonstrated success leading and developing high-performing professional teams
- Proven ability to improve retention, engagement, adoption, and customer outcomes
- Experience working in SaaS, cloud technology, channel, marketplace, or partner-focused businesses
- Thoughtful and analytical approach to solving complex business challenges
- Confidence interpreting customer health metrics, performance data, and operational insights
- Ability to influence stakeholders across multiple functions and organizational levels
- Experience building processes, improving operations, and driving organizational change
- Leadership style rooted in transparency, trust, accountability, and continuous learning
- Familiarity with customer success platforms, CRM systems, reporting tools, and modern technologies
- Valid right to work in the United States
