ClassPass, part of the Playlist ecosystem, is seeking a Manager of Corporate Sales (Field) to lead a regional sales team selling ClassPass Corporate—a flexible, engaging wellness solution for enterprise HR decision-makers.
In this role, you will own both strategic and operational leadership of a field sales region. You'll develop and coach a team of Corporate Account Executives, creating customized sales strategies tailored to regional market dynamics. Your responsibilities include:
**Strategy & Planning:** Conduct regional potential analysis using CRM tools to derive data-driven sales strategies that drive company growth. Identify market opportunities early and continuously optimize approaches.
**Team Leadership & Development:** Lead, mentor, and coach your team of field sales representatives on consultative B2B sales techniques targeting HR buyers. You'll be responsible for recruiting, hiring, training, and supporting both new and existing team members to foster their success.
**Regional Execution:** Organize and execute trade shows and regional events in collaboration with internal stakeholders. Travel up to 30% to visit and support your field team in person.
**Cross-functional Collaboration:** Partner with internal teams on project-based initiatives, contributing sales expertise to drive customer success and organizational alignment.
**Entrepreneurial Mindset:** Bring forward new ideas and market insights to continuously refine regional strategy and capture emerging opportunities.

**Requirements:**
- Minimum 3 years of experience in consultative B2B sales as an individual contributor
- Minimum 3 years of experience leading and managing a field sales team
- Willingness to travel up to 30% to support field representatives in person
- Strong CRM proficiency and ability to derive insights from sales data
- Proven ability to develop and coach sales teams
- Experience selling to HR decision-makers or enterprise buyers preferred
