Salary: USD 103,700 - 153,500 / annual
Take-Two Interactive, a leading developer, publisher, and marketer of interactive entertainment, is seeking a Manager to join its Corporate Development & Strategy team. This role sits at the corporate level, working directly with senior management and the board of directors to drive M&A, investments, strategic initiatives, and long-term company strategy.
You will be responsible for developing and refining financial models to support the assessment and valuation of potential acquisitions, early to late-stage investments, and strategic initiatives. Key responsibilities include monitoring trends within the interactive entertainment industry to identify emerging opportunities, conducting in-depth research and analysis on competitors and market developments, and assisting in due diligence efforts for M&A and partnership opportunities. You will prepare clear, concise presentations, memoranda, and reports for senior management and board meetings, and support new initiatives including creation of new business units, post-acquisition integration, and business model innovation.
The ideal candidate is curious, business-minded, and passionate about video games. You will translate complex data into actionable insights and present findings to senior leadership with excellent communication skills.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2+ years of experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, and/or Corporate Development
- Prior experience in the interactive entertainment industry is preferred
- Proficiency in building financial/operating models and thorough understanding of valuation methodologies (DCF, Precedent Transactions, Public Trading Comparables, SOTP, etc.)
- Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
- Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally
