Landline is redefining airport infrastructure by decentralizing the airport experience and enabling seamless door-to-gate travel. The company operates remote terminal concepts that bring airport check-in, bag drop, and security screening into neighborhoods and city centers, partnering with major airlines including Air Canada, American Airlines, and Sun Country Airlines. As Manager, Commercial Analysis, you will be the analytical and commercial backbone for Landline's partnership strategy. You will own the full deal lifecycle—from identifying and qualifying opportunities through pitching, negotiation, and close. Your core responsibilities include building rigorous business cases and financial models that quantify partnership value for both Landline and its partners, developing executive-ready PowerPoint presentations and proposals that win over airline, airport, and public-sector decision-makers, and translating complex inputs into compelling commercial narratives. You will work directly with the Vice President, Commercial on the company's highest-priority pursuits, supporting prospecting, concept development, and client engagement. This is a hands-on role where you'll be in the room during critical negotiations, helping move deals from first conversation to signed agreement. You'll also help develop and sell new concepts, including remote terminal and multimodal connectivity models, and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders across the partner landscape. The ideal candidate has 2–6 years of experience, ideally including 1–3 years in management consulting (BCG, Bain, McKinsey, Monitor Deloitte), corporate development, or a client-facing commercial role. You should have strong analytical and Excel/modeling capabilities, exceptional PowerPoint skills with an eye for persuasive storytelling, and the ability to take unstructured problems and turn them into clear, compelling pitches. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, confidence presenting to and negotiating with senior stakeholders, and comfort building external relationships are essential. You should be detail-oriented, able to work quickly and iteratively in a fast-moving environment, and ideally have interest in travel, aviation, infrastructure, or logistics.
