Tennr is a healthtech company that automates the complex insurance referral and payment workflows that currently bog down healthcare providers. The company uses proprietary models to handle the paperwork that delays patient care and provider reimbursement.
As Manager of Channel Partnerships, you will own the activation and scaling of Tennr's signed partner base. While the business development team signs contracts, your role is to transform those agreements into a qualified sales pipeline. You will be the primary relationship owner for a growing portfolio of partners, mapping their networks to Tennr's ideal customer profile and target accounts, segmented by specialty and geography.
Key responsibilities include:
- Serve as the primary relationship owner and strategic partner for an expanding book of signed channel partners
- Map partner networks to Tennr's ICP and identified target accounts, enabling partners to effectively hunt in priority verticals
- Collaborate with sales enablement and marketing to develop playbooks and high-impact collateral that partners can deploy in market
- Establish and run regular cadences (reviews, check-ins, communications) that keep partners actively producing, backed by effective incentive programs
- Design, implement, and manage partner tooling and reporting infrastructure; use insights to inform which partners to sign next and how to expand into new channels
You should have experience activating and scaling a signed partner or channel base at a growth-stage company, with demonstrated success generating pipeline through partners. Healthcare experience is essential—you should be fluent in MSOs, GPOs, and EMRs. You'll have a track record of designing or rebuilding partner incentive programs and expertise with CRM/PRM tools like Salesforce and Crossbeam. Strong executive presence, entrepreneurial drive, and high ownership mentality are critical.
