Founded in 2019, the company has grown to 5M+ customers, raised $240M in funding, achieved 60X revenue growth in 5 years, and scaled to 225 employees across 6 countries. The company started with insurance and has since launched loan refinancing, driving insights, a repair marketplace, car diagnostics, and AI-powered chatbot and voicebot solutions. As Manager of Business Development and Partnerships, you will drive growth and success of the partner ecosystem by strategically managing and strengthening existing partnerships while identifying and securing high-value new collaborations. You'll report directly to the VP of Partnerships and work closely with cross-functional teams including product, operations, data, and sales to craft and execute partnership strategies that deliver measurable business outcomes. Key responsibilities include: fostering strong, trusted relationships with existing partners as the primary point of contact; developing and executing structured business plans and quarterly OKRs aligned with each partner's goals; using data and analytics to uncover trends, identify improvement opportunities, and drive KPI performance; leading the charge in creating new growth opportunities through expert negotiation and deal structuring; providing regular actionable insights to partners and internal teams; and resolving operational and executional challenges swiftly across partner and internal teams. You'll need 4+ years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or Management Consulting, with a proven track record of managing complex projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate is a data-driven go-getter with strong work ethic, adaptability, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. You should be comfortable analyzing complex situations, making informed decisions, and effectively communicating with both internal and external stakeholders.
