This is a hands-on role blending strategy, operations, and community building. **Brand Marketing Management:** Translate strategic direction into tactical briefs for creative and channel teams. Develop campaign briefs, launch plans, messaging frameworks, and strategic presentations. Serve as the key point of contact for the creative team on campaign strategy and messaging. Facilitate cross-functional alignment across Growth, CRM, Social, Site, Fashion, and Product teams. Maintain brand integrity across all customer and community touchpoints.
**Customer & Community Programming:** Bring RTR's vision to life through seasonal storytelling, product launches, and key brand moments. Design and own the community and customer engagement strategy, developing tentpole event series and ongoing programming. Identify opportunities for cultural relevance and brand expansion through partnerships and activations. Execute end-to-end event production with obsessive attention to detail and brand alignment. Stay connected to customer feedback and real-time cultural moments to keep the brand relevant and in conversation with the audience.
**Performance Reporting & Insights:** Lead post-campaign recaps, synthesizing performance data and creative learnings across channels. Partner with Growth, CRM, Site, and Social on campaign tracking and optimization. Track brand health metrics and competitive landscape continuously, monitoring awareness, consideration, sentiment, and engagement. Use AI tools to accelerate performance analysis, extract insights, identify patterns, and automate reporting.
