As a Major Incident Manager, you will be a pivotal engineering contributor to the tooling and services that automate and enhance the software development lifecycle. You'll work with a distributed team across five global offices (Austin, Geneva, Bochum, Singapore, and additional hubs) to deliver solutions that empower SonarSource engineers to operate with speed, confidence, and security.
Your responsibilities include:
- Using and creating automation tools to monitor and observe production infrastructure services both on-premises and in the cloud
- Managing change and infrastructure to ensure system reliability
- Implementing configuration management best practices
- Driving automation initiatives to eliminate repetitive tasks
- Supporting production systems across multiple geographic regions
You are an expert in change management, infrastructure management, system support, and configuration management. You have a strong bias toward automation and reliability, and you thrive in fast-paced environments where you can have direct impact on critical systems. SonarSource is profitable with over $400M in revenue and is experiencing rapid growth as the backbone of the AI software revolution.
