ICEYE is seeking a MAITE Planner to serve as the single planning point for the entire MAITE manufacturing organization in Athens, Greece. This role owns the integrated master schedule across AIT Engineering, Production, Stock & Logistics, Procurement, Quality, and Cleanroom & Lab operations. You will translate satellite demand into executable work across all departments, maintaining alignment as priorities, designs, and delivery dates evolve. The role demands mastery of production scheduling, capacity planning across labor/equipment/facilities, and deep understanding of manufacturing processes and supply chain logistics. You will run daily and weekly planning cadences, surface risks early, and drive mitigation decisions without formal authority over cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities include: building and optimizing the integrated schedule against technical constraints and material availability; producing master schedules, critical path analyses, capacity plans, and visual management boards; integrating new product introductions and engineering changes without disrupting series production; scheduling planned downtime (maintenance, calibration, cleanroom interventions) strategically; embedding quality hold points and inspection windows into the schedule; maintaining planning data integrity in ERP/MES systems; and defining and tracking planning indicators (on-time delivery, schedule adherence, cycle time) for each department. This is a permanent, office-based role reporting to the Director of MAITE. The ideal candidate thrives in ambiguity, contributes to system and tool development where off-the-shelf solutions fall short, and proactively bridges planning and software capability gaps. The role requires hands-on experience with ERP/MRP/MES systems, scheduling tools (Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project), and the ability to hold competing departmental priorities in balance while making data-driven decisions. ICEYE operates internationally with 900+ employees, delivering space-based ISR capabilities (synthetic aperture radar satellites) to governments and allied nations, with applications in defense, intelligence, civil protection, and commercial sectors.
