Lawhive is an AI-native law firm operating in the US and UK, backed by $60M Series B funding at a $685M valuation. The company partners with established law firms to provide AI-powered platform, marketing, and operational support, enabling them to grow faster. Lawhive is on track to exceed $100M in annual revenue with offices in London, New York, Austin, and Phoenix.
As the first M&A Integration Lead, you will own the end-to-end integration of new partner law firms onto Lawhive's operating model. This includes overseeing operational integration and product migration, managing the transition from legacy practice management systems to Lawhive's platform, and ensuring smooth data migration and workflow optimization. You will coordinate across Engineering, Data, Product, Finance, and Operations teams to deliver successful go-lives.
Beyond individual integrations, you will build scalable processes and playbooks that make future integrations faster, smoother, and more repeatable. You'll leverage AI and automation to reduce manual work as the company scales. The role includes regular onsite visits to partner firms to understand their operations and support platform adoption.
You will be instrumental in Lawhive's US expansion strategy. The speed of growth depends directly on integration effectiveness. You'll also shape the future M&A Integration team structure and set operational standards as the company builds dedicated integration teams.
The role involves regular travel across the US and a hands-on approach to working with partner firms and internal stakeholders.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience leading high-impact, high-volume integrations, including complex business integrations, platform migrations, or implementations managed end-to-end, often handling multiple projects simultaneously
- Demonstrated ability to build scalable processes: developing or significantly improving migration playbooks, workflows, or integration processes
- Track record of successful go-lives delivered on time with data accuracy, strong user adoption, and minimal business disruption
- Strong cross-functional project management skills, coordinating teams across Engineering, Data, Product, Finance, Operations, and external partners
- Excellent stakeholder management: building trust, communicating clearly, and managing expectations with senior leaders, technical teams, and on-the-ground staff
- Proactive, organized, and data-driven approach; ability to manage multiple moving parts, identify risks early, and use metrics (time to go-live, post-launch issues, adoption) to improve performance
- Hands-on mindset with comfort spending time onsite and traveling regularly across the US
BONUS:
- Experience implementing or migrating case management platforms
- Background working with law firms, legal technology, or professional services
