Salary: USD 150,000 - 250,000 / annual

The company partners with established law firms to provide AI-powered platform services, operational support, and marketing to accelerate growth. Lawhive has offices in London, New York, Austin, and Phoenix, and is on track to exceed $100M in annual revenue.
As the first M&A Integration Lead, you will own the end-to-end integration of new partner law firms onto the Lawhive platform. This role encompasses both operational integration and product migration, requiring close collaboration with the M&A team and cross-functional teams in Engineering, Data, Product, Finance, and Operations. You will ensure smooth transitions from initial planning through successful go-live, including replacing legacy practice management systems, migrating data and workflows, and improving daily operations.
Beyond individual integrations, you will design and build scalable processes and playbooks that make future integrations faster, smoother, and more repeatable using AI and automation. You will spend time onsite with partner firms to understand their operations and support successful platform adoption. This is a foundational role where you will establish the standard for how M&A Integration teams operate as Lawhive scales.
Key responsibilities include: designing Lawhive's integration methodology and playbooks; managing multiple complex integrations simultaneously; coordinating dependencies across Engineering, Data, Product, Finance, Operations, and external partners; ensuring data accuracy and strong user adoption during migrations; identifying and mitigating risks proactively; and using metrics (time to go-live, post-launch issues, adoption rates) to continuously improve performance.
You will play a critical role in US expansion by making each integration faster and more scalable, directly impacting how quickly Lawhive can grow. You will shape the future M&A Integration team and help transform how law firms operate in an industry undergoing radical change.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience leading high-impact, high-volume integrations with demonstrated results
- Experience owning complex business integrations, platform migrations, or implementations end-to-end, often managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Track record of developing or significantly improving migration playbooks, workflows, or integration processes
- Demonstrated success delivering migrations on time with data accuracy, strong user adoption, and minimal business disruption
- Strong cross-functional project management skills coordinating teams across multiple departments and external partners
- Excellent stakeholder management with ability to build trust, communicate clearly, and manage expectations with senior leaders, technical teams, and on-the-ground staff
- Proactive, organized, and data-driven approach to managing multiple moving parts and identifying risks early
- Hands-on mindset with comfort spending time onsite with partner firms and traveling regularly across the US
