The M&A Team drives Fever's inorganic growth through corporate investment decisions, managing the complete deal lifecycle from sourcing through execution. You will join this team as an M&A Analyst, supporting deal-making activities with a focus on financial analysis and quantitative rigor.
Key responsibilities include:
**Sourcing & Analysis:** Identify and research potential acquisition targets within the entertainment sector. Conduct comprehensive financial modeling and valuation analyses to assess deal synergies and financial viability. Evaluate financial, strategic, and operational risks associated with target companies. Prepare detailed investment memorandums and deal-related documentation.
**Deal Execution:** Assist in due diligence processes covering financial, legal, and operational dimensions. Develop and present investment theses to internal stakeholders and senior leadership. Support negotiations around deal structure, valuation, and financing. Manage deal processes and timelines to ensure smooth execution.
This is a heavily quantitative role designed for someone who thrives on financial complexity and analytical problem-solving. You will work closely with senior leadership on high-impact transactions that shape Fever's strategic direction.
