Helsing is a defence AI company on a mission to protect democracies through technological leadership. As an LSA Engineer within the S3000L discipline, you will play a critical role in shaping how systems are designed and supported throughout their operational lifecycle. Your primary responsibilities include conducting and steering Logistic Support Analyses (LSA) and Maintenance Task Analysis (MTA) in accordance with the S3000L specification and relevant MIL-STDs. You will use specialized LSA and RAMS(T)S tooling to build, assess, and refine logistic support data that ensures platform availability in the field. Your work directly contributes to the design and engineering process, deriving measures for reliability, availability, maintainability, and safety. Day-to-day activities include: - Conducting and steering LSA in accordance with S3000L specification and relevant MIL-STDs or comparable standards - Deriving valuable maintenance data from LORA and MTA for use in integrated ASD S-Series environments and Life Cycle Cost (LCC) models - Using LSA and RAMS tooling to create, assess, and optimize logistic support data - Contributing to design and engineering processes to improve system availability - Collaborating with cross-functional teams on complex defence technology projects You will work within an ambitious, mission-driven team of engineers, AI specialists, and programme managers.
