Salary: USD 112,000 - 149,000 / annual
Anduril Industries, a defense technology company, is seeking a Deputy Logistics Program Manager to join the Mission Readiness team in Irvine, CA. This role supports the critical GBAD I-CsUAS program, managing developmental logistics, deployment, and sustainment across 34 Marine Corps sites worldwide.
You will serve as Deputy to the Logistics Program Manager, overseeing all logistical elements from initial acquisition through post-deployment sustainment. Key responsibilities include coordinating across product, engineering, logistics, and program teams to integrate logistics considerations into design and delivery; creating and managing Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs) including Logistics Support Plans (LSPs), LORAs, SSPCLs, and IUID Plans; and systematically managing forward-deployed inventory to support customer contracts and maintenance activities across CONUS and OCONUS installations.
Additional duties involve providing logistics expertise at program milestones such as Post Award Conferences, Provisioning Conferences, and Critical Design Reviews; supporting proposal efforts; planning and developing new site deployments; interacting with internal and external stakeholders to resolve technical and scheduling issues; managing proprietary technology security; developing and refining standard operating procedures; and ensuring compliance with DoD regulations and customer policies.
Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, business/operations, or related technical field (or equivalent experience), plus 5+ years of progressively complex operations and program management experience. You must demonstrate strong communication, leadership, presentation, and interpersonal skills; customer focus; self-initiative and teamwork; expertise in DoD product support strategies, CDRLs, and DoD regulations; and experience with LORA, SERD, LMI, and/or spare analysis. Eligibility to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance is required.
Preferred qualifications include experience with DoD contracting, direct U.S. Government or Military program offices, and government proposal experience.
