As Loan Product Owner, you will serve as the critical bridge between development teams and business stakeholders, owning the strategic direction and execution of the Loans product line. You will manage the product team dedicated to Loans, work cross-functionally with other product development teams, and ensure all solutions align with market demands, regulatory requirements, and customer needs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing the Loan product team and related processes
- Owning, prioritizing, and continuously refining the Loan product backlog in alignment with business priorities, customer needs, and product strategy
- Collaborating with other product development teams to ensure cohesive, market-aligned product design and development
- Tracking product performance and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement
- Translating complex business requirements into functional, user-friendly solutions
- Ensuring Loan products comply with relevant banking regulations and industry practices
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of experience in banking, specifically in Loans
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in English
