Voicemod is a consumer audio platform used by millions of gamers, streamers, and content creators to enhance their voice and online identity through voice changers, soundboards, and real-time effects. The company is a 90+ person team based in Valencia and Barcelona, Spain, with remote-first operations. As Lifecycle Marketing Manager (CRM & In-App), you will own the complete user journey through communications, in-app messaging, and beyond. You'll design and execute lifecycle programs and user journeys that determine which messages reach which users, when, and where—spanning onboarding flows, monetization campaigns, retention journeys, and new feature launches. Working within lifecycle goals set by your manager (VP of Marketing), you'll build and run programs primarily in Iterable, leverage Amplitude and Looker for audience definition and insights, and connect every communication to measurable activation, conversion, and retention outcomes. You'll partner closely with Desktop, Mobile, and Devices product teams—each with distinct users, goals, and roadmaps—as well as Product Marketing, Copywriting, and Design teams. A key responsibility is ensuring lifecycle communications serve all three products cohesively without conflicting messaging. Key responsibilities include: acting as the lifecycle partner for product teams and translating their needs into validated programs; owning lifecycle communications across in-app (banners, modals, notifications) and email channels; designing, building, launching, and optimizing journeys and campaigns in Iterable with proper audience logic, triggers, cadence, and frequency; defining and leading audience segmentation and personalization based on user behavior, lifecycle stage, and subscription status; maintaining a lifecycle journey map across products to identify moments where messaging drives key metrics; adapting Product Marketing messaging into lifecycle communications with copywriting and design teams; orchestrating communications across products using agreed prioritization rules; partnering with Product and Engineering on hard-coded in-app surfaces to ensure consistent delivery and tracking; proposing and running a lifecycle testing roadmap with A/B tests on audiences, timing, channels, and formats; contributing to and reporting on lifecycle KPIs; and establishing lifecycle standards including QA processes, naming conventions, templates, and documentation. Requirements: - 4+ years in lifecycle or CRM marketing, ideally in B2C apps, gaming, or subscription products - Experience designing end-to-end user journeys and deep understanding of the process from first open to win-back - Hands-on experience building and running lifecycle programs in a customer engagement platform with email and in-app messaging (Iterable, Braze, Customer.io, or similar) - Strong segmentation skills; ability to think in cohorts, triggers, and user states - Data fluency: comfortable with product analytics (Amplitude or similar) and BI dashboards (Looker or similar) to build audiences, read results, and derive insights - Experience designing and reading A/B tests - Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, launches, and deadlines simultaneously - Basic HTML/CSS for email and in-app templates - End-to-end QA capability (audience, triggers, rendering, tracking) - Proficient English communication (minimum B2 level) Bonus qualifications: Iterable experience, SQL basics, monetization or subscription communications experience (upsell, paywalls), mobile push and in-app messaging, hardware or e-commerce lifecycle experience, localization across languages, gaming industry background or genuine interest in gaming/streaming/creator culture. Note: Role requires timezone alignment within ±2 hours of Central European Time (CET/CEST). All interviews conducted via Google Meet with camera on; no virtual backgrounds.
