Chime is hiring a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join the Lifecycle & CRM Marketing team. You'll build and optimize campaigns that engage, retain, and grow Chime members across their entire lifecycle—from acquisition through long-term retention—with a focus on member experience, revenue, and lifetime value.
In this hands-on role, you'll work across email, push, in-app, and SMS channels, building campaigns grounded in member behavior and lifecycle signals. You'll think in terms of member journeys rather than individual sends, mapping flows based on what members do, where they are in their lifecycle, and what they need next. You'll develop audience segments that reflect where members actually are in their relationship with Chime, moving beyond basic demographics.
You'll partner closely with data, analytics, and cross-functional teams on segmentation, experimentation, and personalization. You'll run experiments, analyze results, and develop clear points of view on what worked, what didn't, and what to do next. You'll use AI tools in your day-to-day work—for drafting, content variation, personalization logic, and finding efficiencies. You'll also respect and apply channel best practices, considering channel health, deliverability, frequency, compliance, and overall member experience in your strategy.
This is a growth role for someone early in their career who has already demonstrated execution capability and is hungry to build toward strategy. You move fast, ask good questions, and genuinely care about the member experience in everything you do. You'll collaborate with creative, product, and other stakeholders to align on goals and get campaigns launched.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2–4 years in lifecycle, CRM, or retention marketing with real campaign execution experience across at least one channel (email, push, in-app, or SMS)
- Hands-on experience with a marketing automation or CRM platform (Braze, Iterable, Klaviyo, or similar)
- Detail-oriented with a focus on output quality and its impact on member experience
- Comfortable with data: can read dashboards, pull your own numbers, and determine the story
- Real enthusiasm for AI tools with hands-on experimentation experience, not just theoretical knowledge
- Strong instincts about what makes a good member experience; willing to speak up about it
- Clear written and verbal communication skills; can translate strategy into execution and results into coherent insights
- Fast-moving, curious, and quick to pick up new concepts
