Scopely, a leading mobile games publisher behind MONOPOLY GO!, Pokémon GO, and other major titles, is seeking a Licensing Operations Coordinator to manage the approval pipeline for in-game content, live events, campaigns, and player-facing materials. In this role, you will report to the Senior Producer and serve as the central hub coordinating submissions across Product, Art, Production, Marketing, UA, CRM, ASO, Social, Community, and external licensors. Your primary responsibilities include preparing and submitting game and marketing assets for licensor approval, maintaining detailed submission trackers and approval records, translating licensor feedback into actionable next steps, and coordinating revisions across internal teams. You will monitor review status, follow up on outstanding items, confirm requested changes are complete, and provide clear status updates to both internal stakeholders and external licensors. A key part of the role is identifying risks early—missing information, conflicting feedback, schedule risks, brand concerns, or content issues—and escalating blockers to keep approvals on schedule. As the approval volume and requirements grow, you will also help improve submission standards, templates, trackers, and documentation to streamline the process. You should have experience in production, project coordination, creative operations, licensing, advertising, or entertainment. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-through are essential. You must manage detailed workflows, deadlines, and documentation while collaborating effectively across creative, technical, and business teams. Excellent written and verbal communication, sound judgment, and experience with spreadsheets, databases, project-management tools, and ticketing systems are required. Bonus qualifications include video game or live-service development experience, familiarity with approval workflows for art, video, copy, or marketing assets, understanding of live operations and release schedules, direct experience working with licensors or external partners, and proficiency with tools like Jira, Confluence, Airtable, Google Workspace, or Microsoft Office.
