As a Licensed Customer Success Associate, you will be the voice of Figure, handling inbound phone calls, chats, and emails from customers in a call center environment. You'll be the first point of contact and advocate for customers, helping them understand Figure's products, navigate the application process, and move confidently through each step of their experience.
Key responsibilities include:
- Serve as the first point of contact and customer advocate
- Handle customer inquiries via omni-channel communication (phone, chat, email) and process applications with exceptional service
- Educate customers on Figure's products with knowledge and enthusiasm
- Promote brand recognition and loyalty through unrivaled support
- Gather insights and assist in process improvement initiatives
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting
- Conduct video notary sessions with attention to detail and coordinate with multiple vendors as needed
- Participate in new training and licensing programs
- Contribute to an exciting and vibrant office environment
You'll gain deep product knowledge in a fast-paced environment, becoming an expert in Figure's offerings while developing strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
REQUIREMENTS:
- BA/BS from an accredited university preferred
- 1+ years in a customer-facing role
- Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license active within the last 5 years in Missouri is preferred
- Ability to obtain Missouri MLO licensing within 60 days of hire is REQUIRED
- Ability to become a licensed e-notary and pass Figure and state-required background checks
- Successfully complete required compliance training
