The Legal Operations Specialist will build the systems and infrastructure enabling a founding legal team to scale. This is a build-from-the-ground-up role reporting to the General Counsel, focused on turning a scrappy legal function into a well-instrumented operation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Evaluate and manage legal tech vendors and service providers
- Lead implementation and administration of contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems
- Partner with sales, finance, revenue operations, and other stakeholders to ensure systems deliver reporting, visibility, and deal insight
- Build and own renewal and contract obligation tracking workflows
- Develop processes, metrics, and infrastructure for a scaling legal function
- Integrate legal systems with Salesforce and other enterprise platforms

REQUIREMENTS:
- 10+ years of relevant legal operations experience
- Hands-on experience implementing or administering contract lifecycle management, discovery management, legal billing, and related systems
- Familiarity integrating legal systems with Salesforce
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, particularly with finance and revenue operations
- Systems thinker with bias to action; comfortable building infrastructure from scratch
- AI-forward mindset with demonstrated ability to use AI tools to streamline workflows and accelerate efficiency
