You will join Mirakl's Global Legal team, reporting to Najib Sail (General Counsel & Legal Director), based in the Paris office with one remote working day per week. This role sits at the intersection of legal strategy and organizational transformation, focusing on leveraging AI and automation to modernize legal operations.
Key responsibilities include: designing, building, and deploying AI agents and automation tools to streamline legal workflows such as contract review, clause analysis, regulatory monitoring, and knowledge management; serving as the primary legal advisor on AI tool selection, procurement, and integration, establishing policies and guardrails for responsible agentic use; leading strategic transformation of legal department operations by identifying efficiency improvements and technology-driven process innovations; partnering with Finance, Revenue Operations, Procurement, and cross-functional teams to optimize end-to-end legal operations including matter management, vendor oversight, budgeting, CLM systems, and performance dashboards; and developing training programs for legal, compliance, and business teams on AI-related legal and regulatory topics to foster responsible AI adoption across the organization.
