Barcelona, and Primavera Sound, and is backed by leading global investors. You will join Fever's Legal & Policy team at the Madrid headquarters as a senior employment and labour law specialist. The Legal team functions as a true business partner across all functions and geographies, supporting sustainable growth across 200+ cities worldwide. In this role, you will provide comprehensive legal support for Fever's global workforce expansion and operations. You will be responsible for building compliant, scalable workforce models that enable live experiences and productions in a fast-paced, rapidly expanding company. Your work will span the full employee lifecycle—from hiring and onboarding through exits and post-separation matters—advising the People team, Labour Relations, and business leaders on discrete employment matters. Key responsibilities include: - Providing general legal support by adapting company legal strategy to regional business needs, particularly in the CEE region - Advising on worker classification, working time, and staffing models for live experiences, including temporary, part-time, and event-based staff - Delivering day-to-day employment and labour law advice to People teams and business stakeholders across multiple jurisdictions - Drafting and reviewing employment contracts, contractor and freelance agreements, policies, handbooks, and procedures across multiple jurisdictions - Supporting employment disputes, disciplinary processes, terminations, and coordinating pre-litigation and litigation with external counsel - Managing labour matters including union relationships, collective bargaining, works councils, and employee representatives globally - Serving as coordination point for employment aspects of international corporate expansion, restructurings, and transactions (entity set-up, employee transfers, due diligence) - Staying current on legislative and jurisprudence developments and contributing to company knowledge through templates and legal guides - Prioritizing work based on company strategy and supporting team member development The role is based in Madrid with a hybrid work setup and flexibility on timing, though relocation to Madrid is expected if you are currently elsewhere. REQUIREMENTS: - Barred/practising EU-qualified lawyer with 4+ years of post-qualification experience (PQE) specialising in employment and labour law - Demonstrated experience advising on employment matters spanning multiple international jurisdictions - Fluent English; Spanish or additional European language strongly preferred - Experience working in top-tier law firms or in-house at large-scale multinationals - Effective communicator with emotional intelligence - Strategic mindset with ability to translate complex legal matters into business outcomes and opportunities - Strong technical skills and discretion handling sensitive, confidential people matters
