FYUL (formed in 2024 through the merger of Printful, Printify, and Snow Commerce) is a fast-growing global on-demand commerce platform powering merch and product creation at scale. The company is seeking a Legal Counsel to join its compliance and ESG team.
In this role, you will conduct legal research to identify applicable legislation and outline compliance requirements to support business decisions. You'll ensure compliance efforts adhere to global regulatory and industry standards, and provide timely legal advice on international matters across multiple jurisdictions. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, HR&ESG, Platform, Product, and Marketing teams to align project implementation with business needs.
Key responsibilities include leading compliance-related projects, supporting teams in establishing and reviewing internal processes requiring legal support, actively participating in calls with internal stakeholders, clients, and suppliers across time zones to provide legal guidance and assist in partnership negotiations, and overseeing compliance-related document management systems and processes.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 3 years of legal experience, ideally combining in-house and law firm roles
- University degree in law (Mag. iur.) required; LL.M. from a U.S. university is a strong advantage
- Solid understanding of civil law and previous compliance-related work experience
- Experience or familiarity with ESG-related legislation (especially PPWR/EPR, ESPR, and EmpCo directive)
- Experience with the U.S. market or international business environment is advantageous
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in or experience with legal technology tools and curiosity about print-on-demand and e-commerce industries
- Proven ability to work independently and contribute effectively to collaborative teams
